Welcome to 3Duni. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, training programs, digital products, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to engage in activities that interfere with the website’s security, functionality, or accessibility.

2. Enrollment & Training Programs

By registering for any training (whether online or in-person) you agree that:

  • Course availability is limited and not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
  • All training materials, curriculum, demos, assets, and recorded sessions remain the intellectual property of 3Duni.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell course content without written permission.
3. Payments & Refunds

All pricing is listed in EUR unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed before the start of training.

Refund policies:

  • Cancellations up to 14 days before the course: 80% refund
  • Cancellations within 14 days: non-refundable
  • If we must cancel or reschedule a course, you will receive either a full refund or the option to join a future session.
4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, videos, demos, training materials, and digital assets—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

5. Professional Conduct

Our programs simulate real production environments. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or discriminatory. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Course Outcomes & Promotional Material Disclaimer

While our training is designed to follow real production standards and workflows, we do not guarantee that any student’s final project, render, or technical result will match the quality, style, or appearance of our promotional images, videos, or examples. Student outcomes may vary depending on skill level, experience, personal effort, and creative interpretation.

All promotional material—including example renders, simulations, breakdowns, or demo reels—represents what is possible through our training, not a guaranteed result.

7. Schedule Flexibility

Our training is designed to adapt to real production-style learning.

Therefore, course schedules, daily time blocks, and lesson pacing may shift or be adjusted based on group needs, student progress, equipment availability, or instructor requirements.

Any schedule changes will be communicated as early as possible. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that flexibility within the timeline is part of the learning experience.

8. Enrollment Closure Policy

To maintain a focused, production-quality learning environment, official enrollment in 3D Uni closes 48 hours after the end of each course.

After this 48-hour window, students will no longer have access to enrollment-related services, onboarding materials, or administrative adjustments related to that course cycle.
Any continued communication, portfolio reviews, or optional mentorships outside this window must be arranged separately and are not included in the standard course enrollment.

Our Services are provided for educational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding job placement or skill level advancement.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Software incompatibility
  • Hardware failure
  • Any indirect or incidental damages

In no event shall the cumulative liability of 3DUni for the performance or breach of this Agreement exceed the price payable for the services (course) by the customer (student).
